Job Description
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive ExecutiveAssistant to provide vital support to our CEO. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in dynamic, values-driven environments and is passionate about enabling leadership from behind the scenes.
As the Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations—managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and serving as a trusted liaison across our internal teams and external partners.
Your Contribution
You will:
Manage complex scheduling, communications, and logistics for the CEO
Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations with clarity and precision
Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and drive follow-up actions
Act as a key contact point for internal and external stakeholders
Support the tracking of strategic priorities and business plan objectives
Ensure confidentiality and trust in all matters
Desired Skills and Experience

Experience supporting senior executives
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
High integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom/Google Meet
Strong writing and document preparation skills
